At Animallia, customer satisfaction is important to us. As our products are fulfilled through third-party logistics partners, returns and refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

Eligible Refund & Replacement Cases:
• Product arrives damaged.
• Product is significantly different from the description.
• Product is lost during transit.
• Product is not delivered within the maximum estimated delivery timeframe.

Non-Eligible Cases:
• Customer changes their mind after the order has been processed.
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
• Delays caused by customs, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Normal variations in color, size, or appearance due to screen settings and manufacturing differences.
